Patrick T. Edem is a Retired Deputy Director, who worked with the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for nearly 33 years. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor with over 34 years of cognate experience in the build environment. He graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1985.

In the Civil Service as a Quantity Surveyor; he worked as the Project QS; completion of Federal Secretariats in State Capitals (Enugu, Bauchi, Kaduna, Calabar-1989 to 1992), University infrastructure intervention (Unilag & Bayero University -1993), National Hospital, Abuja 1999, PA to Director FHA-1993 and  D(PBH) – 1996, Special Adviser to Permanent Secretary on Projects -2015.

He is a man of many parts; a professional and practicing Quantity Surveyor, a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a Farmer.

1. He is the Chairman of Ped-mark Consultants, a Quantity Surveying and Contract Management concerns.
2. Patrick Edem is an ordained Pastor, who have served many church organizations. at varying capacities. Currently, he is serving member Board of Trustees at Wisdom and Power [Cross] Ministry, Uyo. A gospel organization geared towards preparing Christians for the soon return of Jesus Christ. He is also a Faculty Member of its Bible Training Institute.
3. He is a Farmer who is running an integrated farm business in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State as the Chairman of WPZ Company Ltd

Patrick is married and blessed has three children (Emaido, Nkoritohowo and Mmekabasi-Akaninyene).

He likes reading and preaching; he joined Book Writers’ Club as a means of actualizing his ambition of being an author; already in the works with two Christian books in the press.
