GUIDELINE FOR PROSPECTIVE INDUCTEES.
The following guideline for prospective inductees is put together to assist applicants persons seeking to get registered and inducted as
Quantity Surveyors, have a seamless exercise towards their registration by the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).
1. All relevant documents/certificates required for Registration as Quantity Surveyor (including NIQS certificate) must be obtained and submitted for vetting along with the online registration application form.
2. Change of name in any certificate required and relevant for registration as Quantity surveyor must be accompanied with a court affidavit and publication in any national dailies.
3. Only certificates (or statement of results obtained within 5 years with attestation) from examination bodies or institutions shall be acceptable for registration.
4. Required number of credits in relevant subjects at ordinary level (WAEC, GCE, NECO, NABTEB), MUST be obtained before application to the Board for Registration. This requirement is applicable to mature route candidates.
5. All inductees MUST participate in the physical induction before certificates and other practice instruments may be released to them.
6. An inductee seeking permission to join the induction programme via zoom or any other platform shall write to the Board, through the Registrar to seek approval not later than two weeks to the event. Such approval may be considered on the following grounds:
> Sickness or bad health condition with accompanying doctor’s report from a standard hospital, or health center
> Heavily pregnant and/or women who just put to bed within a period less than two months
> Candidate in diaspora
> Any other serious issue which the Board may consider reasonable for approval.
> However, Registration certificates and other instruments MUST be collected in person by the RQS granted permission (as stated in any of the reasons above) at his/her convenient time, as there shall be no collection by proxy.
> All inductees shall be expected be corporately dressed to the induction programme.

Visit our website via:
- Click on Register Now and Select Individual/Firm/Guest.
- Create an account (use your active Email Address as Username and Phone Number as Password).
- Go to your mail and confirm it immediately before it timed out, it has only 3 seconds to time out.
- Click on the Portal to continue with the registration process using your Username and Password to login.
- When you are done uploading your documents, then
- Generate RRR, Click pay now (it will take you to the Remita page for payment).
