A graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (BSc Quantity Surveying 1982), he holds an MBA (1993) from the same Institution. He was an alumnus of Federal Government College Odogbolu, Ogun State (1973-1978). He attended Bolari Primary School, Gombe completing in 1973.

Onaro Austin Nduka was born on the 20th July, 1957, He graduated in 1982 with BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Portsmouth, England.

Abdullahi Usman Alkali hails from Bida, in Bida Local Government area of Niger State was born on the 19th January, 1965, He graduated in 1990 with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Sate Polytechnic, Kaduna State.
